Returns & Exchanges

At Mephisto Genetics, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure it is scanned to begin the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
